We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
To be eligible, simply reach out to us — no receipt, no proof of purchase, and no questions asked about why the product didn't work for you. We stand by what we said: if your skin isn't visibly calmer, you don't keep paying for it.

Return Policy on Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Products

Cancelling an Order

Lost Shipments
If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 days, please contact us at info@stillskinco.shop. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and request a 5-day window to locate your package. If it cannot be located, you'll be offered a full refund or a replacement — your choice.
Refunds
